About Dr. Gino

Dr. Gino specializes in general dentistry with extensive training in cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry.  He was named One of America's Top Dentists by the American Council of Consumer Affairs and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.  He was quoted in an interview with Cleveland Magazine: "With only a consultation and two appointments, a patient can have a brand-new smile and see extreme changes."

Dr. Gino's education is extensive. He attended Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine and served out his residency in Brooklyn, New York. He's also a graduate of Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies with Fellowship Status.

His certification comes from the National Board of Dental Examiners; the Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners; and the Ohio State Dental Board. He's also certified by the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Pure Power MouthGuard, and LVI.

As a result of his interest in TMJ and neuromuscular dentistry, Dr. Gino introduced the PPM-a pure power mouth guard-to northeast Ohio. Worn by many of the country's foremost athletes, the PPM has been linked to improved athletic performance creating a more relaxed bite than the more traditional mouth guards while still protecting teeth.

He was again quoted in an interview with Cleveland Magazine: "If you have a good bite, the mouthguard will enhance it even further by putting the jaw in a more relaxed position, allowing you to focus on achieving maximum performance from other parts of your body."
